1. Accepting these terms

By using diorsjewelerssugarloaf.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address and is dated at the top.

2. Using the website

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• disrupt, probe or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated systems on it without our permission;
• impersonate anyone, or send us false information through the contact form;
• transmit malicious code or anything that infringes other people's rights.

3. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code of this site belong to Dior's Jewelers or are used under licence. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.

PANDORA, Brosway Italia and other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners. We use them as an authorized retailer and stockist to describe the products we carry. Nothing on this site transfers any right in those marks.

4. This site does not sell anything

There is no online shop here. Everything we carry is sold at our boutique at Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and submitting the contact form does not reserve, hold or buy any item.

5. Product information, availability and price

Descriptions on this site are general and the selection changes constantly, particularly for Dior's Collection and seasonal Pandora releases. Photographs are illustrative; stones, metals and finishes can look different in person. Availability and price are confirmed only at the boutique at the time of purchase.

6. In-store purchases

Purchases are governed by the receipt you are given at the time of sale, by any manufacturer warranty that comes with the piece, and by the law of the State of Georgia. Please keep your receipt: it is what we need for returns, warranty claims and repairs.

7. Pandora warranty and repairs

Genuine Pandora pieces bought at our boutique carry the official Pandora manufacturer warranty, on Pandora's terms. We help with warranty claims and carry out basic repairs on most jewelry. Bring the piece and your original receipt to the boutique for assessment. Repairs on pieces not bought from us are accepted at our discretion and quoted before any work begins.

8. Appointments and messages

Requesting an appointment through the contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will reply to confirm a time. We aim to answer within one business day but do not guarantee a response time.

9. Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, such as Google Maps or a brand's own site, we are not responsible for its content, its products or how it handles your information.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dior's Jewelers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
